Clinic Policy

Payment

Payment for office visits, copay, supplements, and all procedures is due at time of service. We accept
cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. We can accept payment from your HSA. The fee for returned
checks or notice of insufficient funds is $45.

Insurance

Currently Dr. Virginia Morris is in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Regence, and United/ Optum. Currently Dr. Chrysalis Sabatinos is in-network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice, United/ Optum, Aetna, and Cigna. Rain City Integrative Clinic is pursuing in-network status with some of the states Medicaid insurers. Please check back for status. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company for services at our clinic. You will be responsible for any copays due at the time of service, and you may be billed later for remaining balances due to deductibles or coinsurance. Please consult with your individual insurance policy to verify your naturopathic coverage, so that you are aware of your responsibilities. Insurance may not cover all fees, such as vitamin injections or outside labs that are considered investigational. We will do our best to make you aware of these non-covered fees ahead of time, so that you can choose if you'd like to go forward.

Cancellation Charge

We require 24 hours notice for canceled or rescheduled visits. There is no charge for visits canceled
with 24 hours notice. Half the cost of the scheduled visit will be charged for cancellations with less
than 24 hours notice. Full fee is charged if no notice is received.

Phone Consultations

Phone consultations are available for established patients. The fee for a phone consultation is $40
per 15 minute increment. You will not be charged for a phone consult if the doctors at Rain City
asked you to call, or if you have a question about on-going therapy. Phone consultations cannot
be billed to insurance.

Lab Work

Lab work originating from our office may be covered by your insurance company. The laboratory
handles all billing and will bill you or your insurance company directly.

Return Policy

All dispensary items must be paid for at the time of purchase. Credit on your account will be given
for unopened items in perfect condition if returned within 30 days. No credit will be given for items
returned after 30 days. Refunds cannot be made.
